Play the play – Drama games to unlock your key learning! – for teachers of keystage 2 upwards

This short course will be exploring how introducing Drama Skills to your class, enabling the tool of students’ imagination can help you to develop the concept of structured narrative into ANY subject. Be that on a story board or basic plot sequence that help pupils discover Maths, History or Language – these games are a great way to get your class, joining in – having fun and exploring subjects with their imaginations, body and voices. These two sessions are aimed at keystage 2 teachers.

8 a 15 March 3.30pm – 5.30pm

The sessions follow on from each other so teachers need to attend both.

This course will be run by Nia Lynn MA MMus

Expressive Arts Professional Learning Programme – Spring 2021

The Central South consortium is working with the A2Connect project to deliver an exciting and varied programme of Professional Learning for teachers led by practising artists and creative practitioners. These are designed to inspire teachers at all levels; to nurture confidence, skills, and to support the development of new approaches to teaching expressive arts in line with the Curriculum for Wales framework.

A limited number of paid places are available for Teachers from schools which are not affiliated to the Central South Consortium
