Talking About Creativity An Arts & Education Network Event

Parc and Dare Theatre | Station Road | CF42 6NL Treorchy | United Kingdom

Wednesday, 8 November 2017 from 15:30 to 17:30

‘Creativity’ is becoming the short hand for a whole skillset that will underpin swathes of learning in the new curriculum in Wales. Its proclaimed as an essential skill and vital ingredient to success in the future.

But do we all know what it means? Do we all agree? How does it percolate into all areas of the curriculum and are the expressive arts always creative?

This network meeting will see presentations of arts in education projects, stories of creative practice and facilitated discussion of what creativity might be and how we use it.

The gathering will also be a chance to professionally “speed date”, update others on your practice and discuss local opportunities.
